Trading Terms:

For Orders placed by:

• Non Account Customers payment prior to delivery.

• Approved Account Customers are expected to be able to place a minimum of 6 orders per year, with no less than A$200 per order.

Preferred methods of payment;

• Direct deposit / electronic transfer into Heritage Fine Food's Bank Account.

• Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard.

• Cheque made payable to Heritage Fine Food.

 Freight / postage & Handling Charges apply;

• Freight charges can be obtained by contacting office staff. Freight in Australia based on minimum order A$200 (excludes GST).

General information:

• Telephone orders accepted

• Barcoding available upon request

• No returns without prior approval

• All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods

• Title of the goods will pass to customer when payment has been received in full by Heritage Fine Food.

• Overdue accounts may incur a A$10 administrative charge for monies in excess of 30 days.
